This article provides an overview on how to pay the balance with a one-time credit card charge if the balance has been invoiced and there has been no other payment made that month or a regular credit card payment has failed.

Important: this option will not change your payment method and won’t save the used credit card on your account.

From HostPilot, go to Account > Balance & Billing Documents.

Please select the payment method you use:

Check, EFT, Wire, Other

If payment is not received within 15 days after the invoice date, you will see the following notification with a link to pay the balance now page:

Use the link to navigate to a one-time payment page. Fill out credit card information and hit Charge credit card.

Credit Card

If a regular Credit Card payment has failed, you will see the notification with a link to pay the amount due immediately with a different credit card.

Use the Click here link to pay the balance due.

Note: Pay now link will be also sent in past due email prior to the account suspension.
