Intermedia Unite desktop application gives you an opportunity to view your call history.

Navigate to the Call History page by clicking on the following button:

History

On this page you can:

  • View All Calls or Missed calls only. You can switch filter by clicking on the prefered option.
  • Call a listed contact or number by hover the mouse on the Call button.
  • Open a chat. This would navigate this to an existing chat with the contact or open a new chat if you don't have any chat history.
    Note:
    This option is only available for your corporate contacts.

You can hover your mouse over the icon of a caller to see the additional contact information.
