By design, when the phone is a part of a hunt group and the agent does not answer the call, the device will have a missed call notification - even if the call was answered by another agent on another phone. This may encourage a client to disable missed call notifications entirely.

Note: When the feature is disabled, any and all notifications of missed calls will be removed from the device - no matter if the call comes from the hunt group or not.

Steps To Disable Missed Call Notifications

1. Locate the Web UI credentials for the phone in the HostPilotĀ® Control Panel: Services > Voice Services > Devices > Select the device name > Get credentials. 

2. Find the IP address of the phone: go to Menu > Status > Network > TCP/IP > IPV4 address

3. Type the IP address into a browser's web address bar. 

4. Enter the user name and the password you got from the HostPilot control panel. 

5. Navigate to Features > Notification Pupups > Display Missed Call Popup > select Disable in the drop-down menu > Confirm.  

6. The phone will reboot.

7. Congratulations! You have just disabled the missed call notifications for the phone.
