Meeting Users will have the following menu available to manage key features on their Intermedia AnyMeeting service.

When you log in to your account, you will see the Account link in the top navigation.

This tab reminds you that your plan and other account level setting are managed in the HostPilotĀ® Control Panel.

On this tab you are able to manage areas such as:

  • Edit your Meeting URL
  • Edit your In-meeting Display Name, if, for example, you want to use your Company name and not your personal name in a meeting(s)
  • Upload your profile avatar for in meetings
  • Upload an image to display on your meeting login page to attendees


Integrations Tab 

Pro customers are offered Zapier integration. Zapier connects apps together and allows a user to easily automate tasks. Read the Knowledge Base article on Intermedia AnyMeeting: Zapier Intergration for more information.

The Integrations tab is where you will connect your Zapier account to Intermedia AnyMeeting. Zapier is provided for free (with limited features).
