To access Intermedia Unite, SecuriSync┬«, Intermedia AnyMeeting or Contact Center when two-factor authentication is enabled, you will need to enter your credentials and pass Two-factor authentication. Read the Knowledge Base article Managing Two-factor Authentication For End Users on how to enable 2FA.

Note: Two-factor authentication applies to desktop, mobile, and web versions.

In order to pass two-factor authentication:

  1. Enter your login and password
  2. Select one of the available authentication methods:

Intermedia VeriKey app: Push notification

  1. On the first login to Intermedia Unite, SecuriSync┬«, Intermedia AnyMeeting or Contact Center (after Two-factor Authentication has been enabled for you), you will be asked to download and set up Intermedia VeriKey mobile app. The app is available for iOS and Android platforms and supported on the following languages : German, US English, UK English, AU English, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Canadian French and Japanese. The language can be switched by changing device language in the device Settings
  2. Enter the phone number and click Next:

  3. An SMS with the confirmation code will be sent to this number. Enter the code and click Confirm:

  4. Once the app is set up, push notification will be sent to your mobile device:

    If you are not receiving Push notification click Resend push notification on this page.
  5. Click Allow to confirm login:

    Note: click Deny to prevent unauthorized access attempts.

SMS text message

The code will be sent to the number you specified in a text message. Enter the code and click Next:


Voice call

You will receive a phone call with the code to the number you specified. Enter the code and click Next:


Intermedia VeriKey app: One-time passcode

  1. Follow the steps above to download and set up Intermedia VeriKey app for the first use
  2. Switch to the Code tab to obtain the one-time passcode:

  3. Enter the code from the Intermedia VeriKey app and click Next:
