Important: If you do not have access to the HostPilotĀ® Control Panel, contact your Administrator to reset the password.

Your Intermedia AnyMeeting password must be reset from the HostPilot.

If you are the Account Administrator, log in to the HostPilot.

Ensure that the For Admins tab is selected.

For admins

If you do not recall your Admin password for the HostPilot Control Panel, you may reset it using the Forgot Password option. This will not reset your Intermedia AnyMeeting Password.

Once logged in to HostPilot, click on Users and select the User that you wish to reset the password for:


Click Reset password:

Follow the directions on the screen to reset the password.

You may also click anywhere on the screen to expose the Generate Password option:

If the User is not yourself, you will need to email the password to that user for them to log in again.
