This article provides an overview of Archiving management control panel.

On the Searches tab of Archiving management control panel you can view Saved Searches and create new Searches:

Exports

On the Exports tab you may view the created exports and download them.

Holds

The Holds page displays all the available hold reasons in your archive that have been created by your Administrators. The table shows the count of assets on hold for each of the reasons. Clicking into any hold reason will display all the assets currently on hold for that given reason.

Due the sensitive nature of Hold Reasons, once created they cannot be modified or deleted.

Note: The default timezone in the archiving is set to UTC, if you would like to update it, please, contact Support.
