This article describes how to install Intermedia AnyMeeting bot with Microsoft Teams if you are the Microsoft Office Admin. This integration allows users starting or joining a meeting through Microsoft Teams.

Intermedia AnyMeeting Bot Installation

This article describes the manual Bot installation for Microsoft Office Admins. For the regular user article, please refer to the article Intermedia AnyMeeting: Microsoft Teams Integration (User Guide).

To install the Bot, download the package from   here.         

As the Microsoft Office Admin, you can follow the steps listed in this Microsoft article to load the package into Teams to make the Bot available for all the users.

Alternatively, to install the Bot manually, follow the steps listed below:

  1. Open up Microsoft Teams, click on Apps button on the left and select Upload a custom app.
  2. Select the file which has been downloaded above.
  3. Click on the drop-down list on the left and select Add to a team or Add to a chat option.
  4. Type the name of the chat you will want to use the Bot in and hit Set up.
