To send a one-way message:

  1. Place a checkmark to the left of any Agents you wish to send your message to.
  2. Click Text Message.

  3. Send Text Message dialog box will open.

  4. Enter your text in the message field and click OK.
  5. The text message is sent to the selected agent, and is received via the Contact Center Agent application. This is a one-way communication, the agent can read the text message, but cannot reply to the message. Once the message is read, the agent clicks Close to close the text message.
