The Agents Signed Out tab allows for you to see any agents who have signed into the Contact Center Agent application during the current day but have now signed out.

To view the Agents Signed Out tab:

  1. From the Monitoring screen click on the Options button located in the top left part of the screen.
  2. This will open the Monitoring Options dialogue box. In this box, click on the Agent Status tab.

  3. Put a check in the Show agents signed out section checkbox and click OK.

  4. At the bottom of the Monitoring screen you will now see the Agents Signed Out monitoring tab, and be able to see which agents have signed out of the Contact Center Agent application, along with all of their cumulative data for that day.
