The information in the Report Parameters tab is specific to the report you are scheduling and will change depending on the type of report you choose to run. Each report has its own set of parameters with the exception of two common parameters: From and To.

To complete the Report Parameters:

  1. From the From: and To: drop-down menus, select a date range; the data featured in the report will come from the dates selected. The From: date indicates the first day you want the report to start collecting data and the To: date indicates the last day you want the report to collect data.

    For example, if From: First day of the month To: Last day of the month is selected, only data between the first and last day of the month will appear in your scheduled report, therefore a report scheduled for January will include data collected between January 1 to January 31. For more information on a specific report or report fields, please contact your service provider.

  2. Once you have finished entering information in all three tabs, click Update.

  3. A "Scheduled report updated successfully" notice will appear directly above the tabs to notify you that your scheduled report request has been submitted.

    If you try to schedule the report on a date or time that has already passed, you will receive a "You cannot schedule reports before [date] [time] [AM/PM]".

  4. You will receive your scheduled report via email when it has been generated.
