Important: Only system administrators have access to this tab. Not applicable to Contact Center Express accounts.

To access the Timezone Settings, navigate to Configuration > General > Global Settings and click on the Timezone Settings tab.

Account time zone in Contact Center Control Panel is propagated from HostPilot:

  • During the installation of the Contact Center Pro or Elite account
  • During updates to the account time zone in HostPilot

Time zone changes, if needed, can only be done from the HostPilot Control Panel. Access your HostPilot account as normal to make any necessary changes.

Please note that other objects in Intermedia Unite that may have a time zone setting, will not affect the Contact Center account time zone. More info on the other time zone settings can be found in the article:Intermedia Unite Time Zone Overview
