If Workforce Scheduler (WFM) has been enabled for your account, as an Administrator, on this tab, you may assign users to be included or excluded in WFM activities. Once you have planned your team hierarchy, you may exclude users from WFM, assign them User (typically an Agent would be a user), Supervisor, or Administrator. Each User role will see different accesses to the WFM application. For details, please see the WFM Section.

  1. Enter the start date of the user.
  2. Assign the role to the user as desired.
  3. Enter the Vacation Management Start period, End period and Hours allotted as desired.
