To edit a shift:

  1. Select an existing shift from the Shift tab in the Schedule Manager and click Edit Shift;
  2. The Shift Manager window will open. Refer to Shift Manager Field Descriptions and Button Functions table in the Contact Center Scheduling Tool: Add Shift article for a detailed description of the Shift Manager window. Make the desired changes to the shift in this window and click Save when done;
  3. A Save Shift confirmation window will appear. Click OK.
  4. When this window will close, the shift will be updated with new settings.
