For customers that do not log in to HostPilotĀ® Control Panel, you can manage your account from your Intermedia AnyMeeting Dashboard.

Manage your Subscription

To manage your plan, log in to your account and navigate to the Account page on your Dashboard. Here you may choose to upgrade and downgrade your plan.


You may also view your Transaction History and download your past invoices as a PDF file.

Update your information and Billing

To update your billing information, click Update Your Billing Information:

Edit Your Personal Information

To change your email address or other personal information, click the Edit button next to Your Information:

Here you may update your name, email address, your default time zone or change your password. Click Update button to save any changes:
