Overview

The IVRs page (Configure > Inbound Voice > IVRs)  can be used to rename an IVR, activate a bulletin for an IVR, or configure any customized settings implemented in your IVR such as callbacks, call forwarding during after hours, and hours of operation for individual queues.

This page also allows you to Manage DNIS's by clicking the Manage DNIS link, located at the top of the page, or Manage IVR Groups by clicking the Manage IVR Groups link, also located at the top of the page.
