The IVR page allows you to edit current IVR phone numbers that are already set up. This includes editing the IVR phone number itself, the IVR it is assigned to, and the label attached to it.

To access the Manage DNIS page:

  1. Select Configure > Inbound Voice > IVRs to navigate to the IVRs page.
  2. Click Phone Numbers from the IVRs page.

  3. In the DNIS Configuration page that appears, you will be presented with all DNIS currently setup in your system. You can either scroll through the list of DNIS to locate the one you want to edit, or you can search for a particular DNIS using the DNIS Search feature - read more about this feature in the Article Contact Center - Searching for DNIS
