Resolutions indicate what action the agent took to resolve the event. The tab Resolutions is used to define the list of resolutions your agents will select from when classifying the event.

Once the screen Resolutions is opened, by default, a list of all existing resolutions are displayed on the screen. The view resolutions types can be filtered by Per Team, Per Queue, or view All client types by selecting the desired option.
