To configure your FTP Export settings:

  1. Navigate to the Integration menu on the left side menu pane and click FTP Export. The screen will open on the General tab.
  2. Check the "Export data every day after:" checkbox and select the time of day you want the data exported from the drop-down menu. The times for exporting data can only be between midnight (00:00) and 07:55 am. This is to prevent disruptions during the operations of the current day.
  3. The data that is exported will be the call recordings and any additional call detail records that you selected as wanting to be exported under the Data Export Options tab.

Note: always click Update, located in the top right corner to save your changes. If Update is not clicked, any new changes made will not be saved.
