Scheduled Dialouts allows users to take advantage of power dialing for outbound campaigns. It allows you to load a list of calls to be made, including caller information, start and stop times, re-dial attempts, and the date the call attempt will expire if no connection is made. To access the Scheduled Dialouts options, login to the Contact Center Admin portal, and go to Configure > Outreach > Scheduled Dialouts.
