Here you can set up the Proactive Chat Launching Criteria. The launching criteria indicate the duration, in seconds, you wish to wait before presenting the ICR window to the customer.

Before you can present the ICR window, however, you must ensure that the proactive chat application is embedded within your website; use the provided Proactive Chat URL from the General Settings tab to embed the application. Refer to Proactive Chat for detailed instructions on embedding the chat application within your website.

To set the Proactive Chat Launching Criteria, in the Launching criteria field, enter the number of seconds you wish to wait before presenting the ICR window to the customer.

Click Update to save your changes.
