If Contact Center is a 24/7 operation, you don’t need this step and can skip it.

You can create Holidays as a schedule that lives in the configuration settings or when needed as a one-off event.  If creating the entire holiday schedule for the year, enter each holiday with the appropriate date and a description.  You will easily be able to load different prompts to use if a different greeting is required for each holiday.

Note:  the dates must be adjusted each year manually.
