In HostPilot® Control Panel, you must create logins for the agents who will take calls, the supervisors/managers who will manage the teams, and anyone else who will access the Contact Center. Using HostPilot, you can add or remove users.

Note:  create all the users needed for Contact Center - billing is based on concurrent users. Contacts who only log in to HostPilot are not counted as licensed users.
