Accessing Customer Self-Service Portal

Once access is provisioned, a customer can access the Customer Self-Service Portal by navigating to Backup for Microsoft 365 portal and logging in with their Microsoft 365 credentials.

Note: to access the Customer Self-Service Portal, you must first be granted access by way of Intermedia support or during your initial onboarding.
