To delete a registered queue:

  1. Sign in to the Internal Admin Portal or the SP Configuration Portal.

  2. Click Queues.

  3. In the Search for client box, enter the client name whose IVR queue you want to delete. A list of queues appears in the table.

  4. Click Del located to the right of the queue name. The Delete Queue dialog box appears to allow you to confirm your action.

  5. Click Yes to delete the queue.
