Add a new Page

1. Click Add page
2. The New page dialog box opens
3. In the Page Name text box type a name for the new page.
4. From the Page template drop down select the template you want to use for the page. For example, if you are creating a Queues page containing a menu, select QueueWithMenu. For a blank template, select Default; this template simply specifies that the call flow continues from the Main page. See Page Template Options below for a detailed description of each available Page template.
5. A new page/tab is added to your design

Page teamplate options

When adding a new page to your design you must select a Page template before the new page is added to your design.
Note: All BFs that are already included in the page templates can be edited, therefore BFs can be removed, new BFs can be added, descriptions that appear inside the BF shape can be edited, etc.

Callback Teamplate

Callback Templates adds the Callback page template to your design. This template indicates that the call flow is continuing from the Queues page. The following BFs are included in the template:

  • Link in From Queue
  • Play Prompt (message prompt) for instructions on entering a callback number, failure to enter the correct number, and entering a bad number
  • Input Digits capture
  • Link out To Queue
  • Callback trigge

Default template

Adds the Default page template to your design. This template indicates the call flow is continuing from the Main page. The only BF included in this template is the Link in From main page:

Queue Template

Queue Template adds the Queue page template to your design. This template indicates the call flow is continuing from the Main page. The following BFs are included in the template:

  • Link in From Main
  • Wait for Agent in-queue messages

QueueWithMenu Template

This template adds the Queue With Menu page template to your design. This template indicates the call flow is continuing from the Main page. The following BFs are included in the template:

  • Link in From Main
  • Wait for Agent in-queue messages
  • Key Pressed on Hold menu options
  • Link out To Callback

Voicemail Template

Voicemail Template adds the Voicemail page template to your design. This template indicates that the call flow is continuing from the Main page. The following BFs are included in the template:

  • Link in From Main
  • Play Prompt (message prompt) for leaving a voicemail message
  • Voicemail trigger
  • Hang up trigger to terminate the call

Welcome Template

Welcome Template adds the Welcome page template to your design. This template is used to begin your call flow. The following BFs are included in the template:

  • Entrypoint From PSTN
  • Play Prompt (message prompt) welcoming/thanking the caller for calling
  • Language Menu with two language choices: English and French
  • Holiday trigger
  • Bulletin messages
  • After hours trigger
  • Agent Availability indicating Agent [is] logged in
  • Link out To Holidays, To Bulletins, To After Hours, To No Agents, and To Main Menu
  • Hang up trigger to terminate the call
