Name: Enter a name for the Bulletin. Use a name that describes the type of Bulletins placed in the application (e.g. VIP Bulletins).
Use current queue bulletin: Bulletins can be played at the top of the IVR or they can be played per queue. Select Use current queue bulletin to play bulletins per queue.
Prompt Id: This is the number associated with Prompt Id, each prompt has one. The Prompt Id selected determines what prompt is played at this point in the call. From the Prompt Id drop down menu select all prompts for each Bulletin appearing in the call flow. If there is no accompanying Prompt Id, select Create New Prompt and create a prompt for your menu. Once your new prompt is created, select it from the drop down menu.
