IVR design projects can be printed as a PDF file and sent to a client. The PDF is generated at server and downloaded to your browser. If you have a .PDF reader installed (as a plugin browser) it will be loaded immediately.

Print Options

When printing an IVR project, you have the ability to print the entire project or parts of the project. Print Options consist of items you want to include, such as Diagrams, Tables, and Queue List, Image scale, and Page orientation.

Note: Options are only available for printing if they exist in the application. If nothing exists for that option, it will not appear in the print out even if it is selected.

Diagrams

Diagrams consist of all call flows that make up the IVR design. If this option is selected, diagrams will be included in the IVR project print out. See image below for a printed diagram sample. If unchecked, diagrams will not be included in the project print out.

Tables

Properties tables list all BFs that make up the IVR design, the name assigned to each BF, and all properties belonging to each BF. If this option is selected, Tables will be included in the IVR project print out. If unchecked, Properties tables will not be included in the project print out.

Queue List

The Queue list lists all queues present in the IVR design. If this option is selected, Queue lists will be included in the IVR project print out. See image below for a printed queue list sample. If unchecked, the Queues List will not be included in the project print out.

Normalize

The Normalize option scales diagrams so they are all proportionately scaled throughout the print out, to provide consistency across diagram sizes. If unchecked, diagrams will not be scaled proportionately, and some diagrams may appear larger than others.
