Name: Enter a name for the Holiday. Use a name that describes the Holiday check in the application (e.g. IVR Holiday Check).
Description: Enter a description for the Holiday check. The description can be as simple as using the name of the current BF type. For example, because this is a system check for Holidays, the description can be Holiday. The text entered for the Description will appear inside the BF shape placed in your application.
Use current queue holidays: Select is a client wants holidays to play per queue, uncheck the checkbox if the client wants holidays to play for the whole IVR. For example, sales closes for the holidays, but tech support is open.
Country: Indicates in which country the holiday is occurring. From the drop down menu select a country. For example, if the office is closed for a Canadian holiday, select Canada. For US holidays, select United States..
