Name: Enter a name for the After Hours. Use a name that describes the After Hours check in your application (e.g. VIP After Hours).
Description: Enter a description for the After Hours check. The description can be as simple as using the name of the current BF type. For example, because this is a system check for After Hours, the description can be "After Hours". The text entered for the Description will appear inside the BF shape placed in your application.
Use current queue working hours: Select if a client wants to set hours per queue instead of for the IVR as a whole.
