Name: Enter a name for the Select Queue. Use a name that describes which queue the caller is directed to (e.g. Go to VIP Queue).
Select by: The Select by drop down menu determines whether the short or long form of the queue name appears in the Queue Name field. Selecting Name will place the short form of the Queue Name in your application call flow (e.g. Appointment), whereas selecting Full name will use the long form of the Queue Name (e.g. Appointment – ENG or Appointment - SPA).

Queue Name: From the Queue Name drop down menu select the Queue Name. The name selected will appear inside the BF shape placed in your application.

Retail queue types only will appear in the queues list for Retail Type IVR's

Standard inbound voice queues will appear in the list for standard IVR's
