Name: Enter a name for Wait for Key. Use a name that describes what action needs to be carried out (e.g. Wait for Key).
Wait Time: This is the length of time, in seconds, the system will wait for the caller to enter a key.
Max Retries: This is the number of tries the caller has to enter the correct keys.
Expected Key: From the drop down menu, select the key the caller is expected to press on the telephone keypad. For example, "if you need assistance, press 0."
